Biography
Dr. Levin is a graduate of the of the Faculty of Medicine at the Rosario University in Argentina, and trained in Orthopedics at Centenario Hospital.
After moving to Israel he trained in Orthopedics in the Department of Orthopedics “B” at Rambam Hospital. From 1991-1992, Dr. Levin received additional training in hip surgery in Birgminham, England.
Dr. Levin conducted several studies in reconstruction of hip joint due to pathological development, in Dortmunt Hospital, Germany. Additionally, he trained in hip resurfacing arthroplasty in Birmingham, England.
Dr Levin served as secretary of the Israeli Hip Society until 2004.
He is an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion and a lecturer in the Physical Therapy program at Haifa University. Dr. Levin is Senior Surgeon in Rambam’s Department of Orthopedics “B”, and the head of the hospital’s Hip Surgery Service.
